Protected tickets enable you to apply for a refund of the price on all our tickets excluding, season passes and add-ons (minus the cost of the protection) if you are unable to attend this event due to accidents, unexpected illnesses or specified unforeseen circumstances.
Booking Refund Protection is an optional service offered by Fort Amherst Halloween Ltd and administered by TicketPlan in their behalf. It is not an
insurance policy.

We will be running our Teen & Adult event, taking place between 24th October till 26th October and 30th October till 1st Novemeber 2025, we have our new family event for ages 10+ taking place on the 2nd Novemeber
For our teen and adult and family day event we have 2 exciting mazes for you to experience, we sell standard tickets these will allow you access to both mazes once, and an unlimited ticket which will grant you unlimited access to our mazes.
Fast tracks are also availbile to purchase, these will allow you to greatly reduce your queuing time during our Teen & Adult Experience and during our family day
Please be aware during checkout process the system may tell you that you have more tickets than you have requested, this is normal as our system adds additional tickets, for you to access our mazes

- Please be aware that our actors will use offensive language that may not be suitable for all ages, younger guests attend at their own risk
- Mazes open at 6pm and queue lines close at 10pm
- Ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a full-paying adult

- This event is a toned down experience of our Adult/Teen event, actors will not touch you and offensive language will not be used, but please be warned it will still be a terrifying experience
- Tickets include unlimited mazes as standard
- Ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an Adult (18+)
- A ticket must be purchased for each participant on the experience
- Only 1 maze will be open for this event
